Combi Works is expanding our Infra product segment, and Alufix Safety Guardrails are at the core of that growth. The product is already well-received by installers and customers, now we’re looking for someone who can take it further in Finland, and expand into Europe.
If you are early in your career, hungry to prove yourself, and want a role where your results are visible every week, this is the place for you.
What you will do
Drive outbound sales in Finland: calls, client visits, site demos
Grow and manage your own customer network
Learn the product deeply (technical details, installation, EN standards)
Keep CRM updated and follow up proactively
Attend domestic meetings and occasional international trade fairs
Support our early expansion into Europe (travel outside Finland)
Who we’re looking for
You might be:
A recent graduate ready to jump into B2B sales
Someone with hands-on construction or installation experience who wants to move into sales
A natural people-person who enjoys talking to customers and building trust
Must-haves:
Strong Finnish + English
Not afraid of calling or meeting customers face to face
Independent, self-driven, and motivated by results
Quick learner with interest in safety/infra/construction
Driver’s licence (company car possible after the 3-month confirmation)
Nice to have:
Experience in construction, scaffolding, safety equipment, or municipal procurement
Additional European languages (useful for European expansion)
