Combi Works uses three internal manhole cover categories to describe additional durability and design intent beyond the EN124 standard.
The categories are used to help customers select products suitable for different urban and traffic conditions:
Heavy Traffic
Products designed for heavy city traffic and demanding urban environments, where durability requirements exceed standard EN124 conditions.
Heavy Traffic products includes those developed to meet local authority and utility requirements, such as ASTV designs and HD designs used by municipalities (e.g. Tallinn City) and water utilities in Estonia, as well as comparable urban requirements in other markets. Our E600 and F900 products fill these requirements.
Normal
Products designed for general applications where no municipality or water‑authority‑specific requirements apply.
All products in this category fully comply with EN 124 standards, making them suitable for a wide range of infrastructure projects.
Optimized
Cost‑efficient solutions for areas with low traffic or non‑traffic conditions, where EN 124 compliance is still required.
