Combi Works

Channel Gratings

Combi Works supplies channel gratings for roads, urban environments, industrial areas and architectural projects across Northern Europe. It is the sole representative of ULMA products in the region.

Our range includes channel gratings manufactured from polymer concrete, stainless steel, galvanized steel and cast iron, allowing designers to select the most suitable material depending on structural loads, hydraulic capacity and environmental conditions.

With a wide range of channel widths, slopes and hydraulic capacities, we support in creating effective stormwater management solutions for all areas.

Our gratings are designed in accordance with European Standard EN-1433 regulating channel gratings for pedestrian and vehicular areas. We are local and near you and take pride in helping build sustainable infrastructure.

These systems provide reliable stormwater drainage in typical urban environments.
They are designed for a wide range of load classes according to EN1433 and offer flexibility in channel widths and grating options.

Typical applications include:

  • residential developments
  • city streets
  • parking areas
  • pedestrian zones

Heavy-duty systems

Solutions designed for high-load environments and infrastructure with demanding hydraulic performance requirements.

These systems are engineered for environments where durability, load resistance and water capacity are critical.

Typical applications include:

  • logistics areas
  • industrial sites
  • ports
  • airports
  • heavy traffic infrastructure

Heavy-duty drainage systems combine high load classes with large hydraulic capacity, ensuring safe and reliable water management even in demanding environments.

Architectural drainage

Solutions designed for architectural environments where drainage must integrate with the surrounding design.

Architectural drainage systems combine effective water management with clean visual appearance.

Typical applications include:

  • plazas
  • urban public spaces
  • modern building surroundings
  • landscape architecture

These systems typically use narrow channels, stainless steel components and discreet grating designs that blend naturally into the built environment.

ULMA Drainage Product Range

This video shows the wide range of drainage products with different applications. The channels are designed for pedestrian, roads, sport facilities and more. The solutions are being trusted by customers internationally eg. France, Chile, Poland.

ULMA KOMPAQDRAIN® Introduction

ULMA KOMPAQDRAIN® is a high-performance, monolithic (one-piece) drainage channel system designed for areas requiring heavy-duty, reliable, and efficient water management. Made entirely of polymer concrete, these channels integrate the channel body and grating into a single unit, ensuring maximum safety, strength, and theft prevention.

Drainage Channels Precast Polymer Concrete Explained

This video explains the advantages of the Drainage Channels precast polymer concrete vs. traditional concrete. It show side by side comparison of their tolerance, functionality and other features.
