Our customers and customer service is our main focus area in our growth process. We have developed our tech review and quality processes in the last year and now we will increase the emphasis on customer service.

In this move, Greta Grudzinskaite will take an important CDO role, taking on business development projects, service model design as well as sales growth.

Jani’s comprehensive background in production management, procurement and e-sourcing helps us ensure we can control our diverse customer requirements”, Edward Blomstedt comments.

Jani joins us from Wärtsilä where he spent the past 9 years in various sourcing roles, lately in eSourcing development activities. He has wide knowledge of different industries from over 20 years. Jani has over 14 years of experience of various procurement activities. He has been working in smaller growth companies twice. Early in his career in Honeywell, he was certified as Six Sigma Black Belt.

"As a long term procurement expert I feel Combi Works’ Factory As A Service –business model is extending procurement onto a higher level than what it is typically seen these days.
